Agreement Effectiveness and Legal Binding Force
Confirmation
-
When you click an interactive control indicating
acceptance of this agreement, continue browsing the
service interface, or actually use service functions
(including but not limited to downloading, installing,
running, logging in, etc.), it signifies that you, as a
contracting party with full civil capacity, have fully
read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the legally
binding effect of all terms of this agreement. Such
consent constitutes the legal basis for establishing a
service contractual relationship between us.
-
We reserve the absolute right to unilaterally modify,
supplement, or replace the terms of this agreement. Any
revised version will take effect after being
continuously published on our official website's terms
of service page for no less than 15 days as a statutory
notice period. If you continue to use the service after
the revision's effective date, it will be deemed an
irrevocable acceptance of all legal effects of the new
terms, with such presumption limited only to the extent
permitted by mandatory legal provisions in relevant
jurisdictions.
-
This agreement constitutes the complete agreement
between the parties regarding the rights and obligations
related to service use, explicitly replacing and
annulling all prior oral or written agreements,
commitments, guarantees, and other legal documents.
-
Privacy Policy Integration Statement
-
You hereby irrevocably authorize us to collect, store,
process, and cross-border transmit device hardware
information, software operation logs, network
interaction data, transaction payment credentials, and
other service-related personal information as expressly
specified in the "Privacy Policy" (full text accessible
under the "Privacy Center" section of the official
website).
-
For processing special categories of data such as
biometric identification or children's information, we
will separately obtain your explicit consent as required
by personal information protection laws and regulations.
-
User Age Restrictions and Guardian Legal
Obligations
-
Absolutely Prohibited Users: Natural
persons under 12 years old (based on the date recorded
in the Gregorian calendar birth certificate) are
strictly prohibited from accessing or using any
functional modules of this service. Any account
registration violating this clause constitutes an
invalid civil legal act.
-
Special Requirements for Minor Users:
If you are a natural person aged 12 or older but under
18 (hereinafter "Minor User"), a legal guardian must
perform the following mandatory legal procedures:
-
Full Agency Signing: The guardian
must confirm in a written statement that they have
fully reviewed this agreement and accept the terms
on behalf of the minor user with legal effect.
-
Clause Explanation Obligation: The
guardian commits to explaining key clauses (e.g.,
non-property attributes of virtual items, data
collection scope, dispute resolution mechanisms) to
the minor in a manner appropriate to their cognitive
abilities.
-
Guardian Liability Scope: Signing this
agreement as a guardian signifies a legally enforceable
commitment to:
-
Regularly check and configure parental control
features (spending limits, content filters, usage
time management) at intervals not exceeding 90 days.
-
Supervise the minor's activities in real-time at
least twice weekly, monitoring interaction subjects,
virtual item transactions, and conversation content.
-
Bear unlimited joint and several liability for legal
risks arising from the minor user's actions:
-
Contract breach liabilities from trading game
items with fiat currency;
-
Infringement compensation for third-party
personal information leaks due to account
sharing;
-
Payment dispute handling fees and penalties from
unauthorized transactions.
-
User Obligations and Detailed Prohibited Acts
You hereby make a legally sworn commitment to refrain
from, assist in, or induce others to commit the following
acts (regardless of completion):
-
Attempting to connect to the service system in
jurisdictions where the service is explicitly
prohibited.
-
Circumventing access restrictions via technical means
after receiving a formal deactivation notice sent to
your registered email.
-
Transferring account control rights, including but not
limited to: selling accounts for compensation, gifting
social media-linked access permissions, or leasing
accounts to third parties.
-
Using accounts for commercial promotion, including but
not limited to: posting product discount codes in game
chat channels, sending business recruitment information
via mail systems, or embedding third-party ads in
virtual item display pages.
-
Creating false identities through means such as: using
forged identification documents, stealing others'
biometric information, or bulk-generating puppet
accounts via automated scripts.
-
Performing acts reasonably deemed by us to violate the
service's intended purpose, e.g., maliciously exploiting
system vulnerabilities to duplicate rare items or
intentionally triggering abnormal states for undue gain.
-
Abusing customer support services, including but not
limited to: repeatedly submitting false tickets for
technical issues, threatening customer service
representatives' safety, or hurling insults at support
staff.
-
Violating legal norms, such as: operating virtual
casinos for profit, inciting racial hatred in public
chats, or uploading role-play videos infringing movie
copyrights.
-
Harming other users through acts including: persistently
sending threatening private messages, disclosing others'
real residential addresses ("doxxing"), or posting
gender-discriminatory insulting images.
-
Attacking technical systems via methods including:
launching DDoS attacks, injecting malicious SQL
commands, or exploiting buffer overflow vulnerabilities
to gain administrator privileges.
-
Reverse engineering through measures such as:
decompiling executable programs to obtain source code,
manipulating game parameters with memory editors, or
analyzing communication protocols via packet sniffing.
-
Aiding unauthorized services, including: operating
unapproved relay servers, selling automated gaming
scripts, or distributing cracked client download links.
-
Disrupting transaction order, e.g., artificially
inflating item prices in auctions, spreading false
product attribute information, or creating off-market
trading groups charging commissions.
-
Interfering with service operations through acts
including: spamming chat channels with scripts,
deliberately overloading servers via frequent
logins/logouts, or faking mass friend requests to crash
systems.
-
Violating privacy data through serious acts such as:
scraping user social graphs via scripts, trading others'
real-name authentication data in unauthorized markets,
or using game friend lists for commercial promotion.
-
Misusing payment tools by: purchasing virtual currency
with unauthorized payment credentials, denying
legitimate self-initiated transactions to demand
refunds, or improperly acquiring paid items via system
loopholes.
-
Damaging intellectual property markers, e.g., deleting
copyright identifiers from client resource files,
altering game startup screens to remove trademarks, or
covering vendor watermarks during livestreams.
-
Enabling violations through actions including: providing
cheat program download links, running tutorial channels
teaching vulnerability exploits, or funding accounts
engaged in rule-breaking.
-
